Our aim is to set up a flexible member based organisation through which we can structure international partnerships with as far as possible minimal and automated accountancy using internal software mediated mechanisms such as currency systems that account for soft contributions as well as hard contributions.
Initially we will bootstrap this structure by creating an LLP which has member ship organisations that are easily structured as a OneclickOrg or Loomio groups.
We need to build our capacity with regarding to accounting and finance.
My proposal is that we do this as a separate project on "community accounting" which both advised tool creation internally as well as creates its own podcast and MOOC, as do other Thought Garden productions.
